Buckeye Farm is honored with the opportunity to have joined the Phoenix Youth Ranch  located in Gainsville,  GA, just outside of Cumming,  GA, in their outreach program to help with the healing of those children in need.  All of our miniatures are now at this ranch and will be used to help with the children while they are going through some emotional trials in their lives.  We are hoping that these spotted little souls will help these children develop trust and friendships that they will remember always. In return, a percentage of all miniature sales will serve as a donation to help keep this program going. So by buying a miniature from Buckeye Farm, you not only get an awesome addition to your farm, you are helping a great cause! Private donations can also be made on the Phoenix Youth Ranch website (  www.phoenixyouthranch.org ). Buckeye Farm strives to raise AMHA and/or AMHR miniatures with both quality and color. We keep our numbers down so ALL our minis receive the proper care and attention they need. ALL our minis are up to date on hoof trims and shots and are wormed on a six-week schedule.
  We believe in quality not quantity.

We are taking a break from breeding and currently looking for a new, upscale breeding facility to continue in the future.  We will have a few 2009 appaloosa foals available by Black Diamonds Lucky Jim by outside mares, and they will be posted on our other website when available.
